We are looking for a hands-on Linux expert to lead the implementation of our solution in enterprise customer environments.
This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on Linux infrastructure, troubleshooting, and security hardening. You will be responsible for deploying, customizing, and supporting our product in real-world production environments.

● Work closely with the Account Manager to manage CRM data, sales reports, and follow-ups.
● Support contract processing, invoicing, and coordination between sales, finance, and operations teams.
● Track and report sales performance metrics.
● Assist in maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records.
Office & Administrative Operations
● Oversee day-to-day office management and administrative tasks.
● Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel for executives and visitors.
● Manage vendor relationships and office supplies.
● Support HR and finance with documentation, contracts, and reporting needs.
Executive Administration
● Provide administrative and logistical support to company executives.
● Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and reports as needed.
● Help maintain clear internal communication across departments.
Requirements
● Experience in office management, executive administration, or operations.
● Experience in a tech or cybersecurity company – an advantage.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
● High proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
● Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
● Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and meet deadlines.
About the Role
CalCom is seeking a visionary and hands-on R&D Manager to lead our engineering efforts and drive the technical evolution of our flagship cyber product focused on automated device hardening.
This is a hybrid leadership + hands-on role, combining ownership of product development with direct responsibility for complex customer environments and production support. You will bridge the gap between strategy, execution, and real-world deployments, ensuring our solutions perform reliably in enterprise environments.
You will work closely with the Product team to translate product vision into scalable, secure, and high-performing systems—while also ensuring strong support for existing customers and deployments.
With AI tools rapidly shifting the R&D landscape, you will also lead and orchestrate our AI transformation into aligning our product development to advance and adopt rapid development models.
